Meditation is a state of consciousness. The purpose of meditation may be to gain some benefit or meditation may be a goal in itself. 'Meditation' refers to many types of actions. It includes everything from simple techniques to calm the mind to the creation of inner energy or life-force (prana etc.) and the development of qualities like compassion, love, patience, generosity, forgiveness, etc.
Sachetan Programme at Manovikas:
Sachetan is a helpful tool, backed by brain science, that can be applied to any habit in our life to improve our efficiency, productivity and how we handle stress.
The Sachetan programme is helping, employees, students, visitors and all to integrate simple, practical, scientifically-backed exercises into work (and home) life to:

Days, duration and activities for the Sachetan: From Monday to Saturday (on working days only) sessions will be hosted on ZOOM at 10.00 am. The duration of the session is about 30m.
During Sachetan participants engage in following Mindfulness activities to Increase well-being, happiness, and satisfaction.

How to Join Sachetan?
All the classes, sessions and activities of Manovikas shall be scheduled according to the Sachetan Programme. All should be assembled by 9:58 am on ZOOM or physically in the Main Hall of Manovikas.
