Mr. Dutt championed the cause of empowering children and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving as President of Manovikas Charitable Society for 15 years. In honour of his memory, the event will feature uplifting stories of personal growth and community inclusion that reflect his lifelong commitment to social change.
