We cordially invite you to the International Workshop on Equal Opportunity Policy (EOP) for the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) that will take place online from 4th to 6th March 2022 with the approval of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.

We hope you must be knowing that under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 (RPD Act 2016) and UNCRPD, 2006, every establishment shall notify equal opportunity policy (EOP) detailing measures proposed to be taken by it in pursuance of the provisions on the Rights of PwD. Every establishment shall also register a copy of the said policy with the Chief Commissioner or the State Commissioner for the PwD, as the case may be. अवसर नीति (ईक्वल ऑपरचूनिटी पॉलिसी (ईओपी)) पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला के लिए आमंत्रण - 4 से 6 मार्च 2022

आप को हमारी ओर से बधाई! हम आपको दिव्यंग्जन (पीडब्ल्यूडी) के लिए समान अवसर नीति (ईओपी) पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला में आमंत्रित करते हैं। यह कार्यशाला भारतीय पुनर्वास परिषद (आरसीआई), दिव्यंग्जन अधिकारिता विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अनुमोदन से 4 से 6 मार्च 2022 तक सुबह 11 बजे से ऑनलाइन आयोजित होगी।

हमें उम्मीद है और आप जानते भी होंगे कि दिव्यंग्जनों के अधिकार अधिनियम 2016 (आरपीडी अधिनियम 2016) और यूएनसीआरपीडी, 2006 के तहत, प्रत्येक प्रतिष्ठान में समान अवसर नीति (ईओपी) को अधिसूचित करना अनिवार्य है, जिसमें दिव्यंग्जनों के अधिकार और प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में उसके द्वारा किए जाने वाले प्रस्तावित उपायों का विवरण उल्लेखित होगा। प्रत्येक प्रतिष्ठान उक्त नीति की एक प्रति मुख्य आयुक्त या दिव्यंग्जनों के लिए राज्य आयुक्त, जैसा भी मामला हो, उनके पास पंजीकृत करना होगा। जानकारी के लिय लिंक पर क्लिक करें और पढ़ें: https://manovikasfamily.org/gyanshala/eop/
