J.C. Gupta Ji, the visionary founder of the Sachetan program at Manovikas, believed in the power of mindfulness to empower individuals and cultivate a more positive and peaceful community. The Anubhuti Sanchay, held on the anniversary of his birthday, marks the first year since his passing and honours his lasting impact.
