Inclusive Education in Schools:<\/b><\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objective<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Develop and upgrade all schools, including 14,500 <\/span><b>PM SHRI schools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (PM Schools for Rising India) nationwide, to act as model schools, showcasing the implementation of the <\/span><b>National Education Policy (NEP) 2020<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and promoting an inclusive, equitable, and holistic education environment for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Implementation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equip classrooms with assistive technology tailored for students with IDD.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrate <\/span><b>easy-to-read<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> assistance and simplify curriculum materials to cater to various cognitive abilities.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Train special educators to implement and monitor <\/span><b>Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>2.
