Abstract Submission Process<\/strong><\/h4>

You are invited to send your abstract to nsmh@manovikas.family, you have to send your abstract on or before the abstract submission deadline. The abstract must first pass a double-blind peer review and if it is accepted by the reviewer, we will send you the abstract acceptance notification. Upon payment of the registration fee, your presentation will be confirmed.<\/p>

How to Submit<\/h4>

Please submit your abstract only through the online submission process and send the email to nsmh@manovikas.fmaily if necessary.\u00a0<\/p>

Format\u00a0<\/h4>

The acceptable word range for the abstract is 175 to 200 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.\u00a0<\/p>

We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in progress in all of the areas mentioned in the focus area. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else.<\/p>

Abstract<\/strong><\/span>
Critical thinking is a learned skill that requires instruction and practice. Business education instructors at both the secondary and post-secondary levels can enhance students\u2019 critical thinking skills by (1) using instructional strategies that actively engage students in the learning process rather than relying on lecture and rote memorisation,<\/span>
(2) focusing instruction on the process of learning rather than solely on the content, and<\/span>
(3) using assessment techniques that provide students with an intellectual challenge rather than memory recall. Several barriers can impede critical thinking instruction. Lack of training, limited resources, biased preconceptions, and time constraints conspire to negate learning environments that promote critical thinking. However, actively engaging students in project-based or collaborative activities can encourage students\u2019 critical thinking development if instructors model the thinking process, use effective questioning techniques, and guide students\u2019 critical thinking processes. The examples provided challenge instructors to think of students as users of information rather than receivers of information<\/span><\/p>
