The trainees began by welcoming everyone warmly, creating a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. They then posed a crucial question to the students: &#8220;What would you like to read today?&#8221; This open-ended question sparked excitement and curiosity among the students.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">The trainees carefully listened to each student&#8217;s preferences, noting their interests in various subjects such as adventure stories, science fiction, historical events, and even poetry. This approach not only empowered the students by giving them a voice in their learning process but also allowed the trainees to tailor the session to meet diverse interests and needs.<\/span><\/p><p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2caa3851-7fff-d037-07bd-1901285eb98d\"><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:13.999999999999998pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">As the class progressed, the trainees encouraged discussion and critical thinking, fostering a love for reading and learning.
