- 6 bread slices
- 4 tsp mixed fruit jam
- 4 tsp cheese spread
- 2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) sauce
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp green chutney
- A few thinly sliced coloured capsicum (red, yellow and green)
Pineapple Cucumber and Celery Salad
- 2 cucumber
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup spinach (palak)
- ½ cup low-fat curds (dahi)
- 4-5 Leaves of Mint \ celery(ajmoda)
- ½ lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
Non Alcoholic Tiramisu
- 3 pkt. hide and seek chocolate biscuits
- 2½ tsp instant coffee powder
- 2 cups beaten whipped cream
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling
- ½ cup Hot water
- 1 piping bags (Pastry Bags)
