Understanding Sexuality Education: Essential Guidelines
Through Shuchita Projects, girls with intellectual and developmental disabilities have been given sexuality education and reproductive healthcare teaching. Subjects related to menstrual care such as proper body hygiene, use of sanitary napkins, distinguishing between good and bad touch were discussed. Additionally, how they can protect themselves inside the home, in the community and outside the home was also explained.

 Deepika, a person with physical and cognitive disabilities, was appointed for an employment attainment program supported by the SHUCHITA allocation. She acted as her own champion, voicing her reflections during the Manovikas platform's "Making Decisions for Enhanced Well-being" teleconference backed by Mashvara.
