Vikram Dutt Memorial Lecture and Presentation on Inspiring Stories of Development 

Vikram Dutt has dedicated his life to serving the developmental sector, especially for children and persons with disabilities. He has worked for about five decades, chairing various government and non-government committees and providing inspiring ideas and suggestions for the well-being of society at large. He was the President of the Manovikas Charitable Society for 15 years and brought about major changes to empower persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). 

Vikram Dutt was born on March 5th. He provided continuous mentorship and guidance to thousands of youth and youngsters for their development. Unfortunately, he passed away on January 20th, 2024.
