Experience of employers for working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Employer Mr.Sandeep Kansal from Franz International shared his experience of working with intellectual and developmental disabilities(IDD). When asked by him he said that he had his first experience with Sourabh,a person with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. He had seen such persons work at small business centers but Mr. Sandeep did not get a chance to work with them before this. |
