This is the spirit of Piyush Taneja, 20 years old , a student of Manovikas Institute for Higher Education even having multiple disabilities since birth, he has successfully completed his 8th standard from NSQF. He has completed a certificate course in information technology under skill development training program as Domestic Data Entry Operator. He was dependent on others even for his small task. Initially when he joined the course. Gradually he not only increased his computer knowledge but also developed his confidence .
After successfully completing his training he has recently started his online trading of toys and health care products from his home with support from his mother . He wants to take his trading to a high with the help of his own design website .

Manovikas School for Inclusion (MSI) celebrated their 7th convocation ceremony on 2nd January 2021. Shining stars are successfully promoted to their next level of their education journey. Due to the current situation of COVID-19 it was celebrated through virtual mode. Principal of MSI proudly announced the result of the academic year 2020-21. There were 33 students who appeared for the examination under the Open Basic Education scheme and 100% were promoted to the next level. 2 students appeared and successfully cleared for secondary exams. जीवन एक सफर है। जिसमे हम कई मोड़ से गुजरते हैं और हर नया मोड़ हमें जीवन के नएअध्याय की ओर ले जाता है। यह शब्द मित्तल कायरा की माँ श्रीमती नीता कैरा, प्रशिक्षु खाद्य और पेय सेवाएं स्टीवर्ड जॉब रोल (कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम), अपने अनुभव बताते हुए कहती है “मनोविकास सार्थक करता है अपने नाम के सार को मन का विकास और स्पेशल बच्चों के मन का विकास करना तो बहुत ही चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है जो मनोविकास के अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित एवं शिक्षित प्रशिक्षक बहुत ही सहज रूप से ख़ूबसूरती से करते हैं”। श्री मति नीता काएरा का कहना है कि मनोविकास के साथ जुड़ने के बाद उनकी बच्ची में बहुत से व्यावहारिक बदलाव आये हैं। वह पहले से अधिक आत्मविश्वासी हो गयी है और उसकी प्रतिभा का भी विकास हुआ है. उनका कहना है कि मनोविकास के प्रशिक्षक बहुत ही विनम्र है वह जानते हैं कि अपने ट्रैनीस को कैसे छोटी छोटी गतिविधियों द्वारा उत्साहित करके एक प्रतिभाशाली व्यक्तित्व की और ढालना है। यहाँ के प्रशिक्षक बहुत ही धैर्यवान हैं और मनोविकास के साथ जुड़कर उन्हें बहुत ही अच्छा लगा।(Watch complete from youtube channel)
