Yoga Day Celebration at Manovikas in Collaboration with Isha Foundation

On June 16, a special yoga session was held at the Manovikas institution in collaboration with the Isha Foundation to mark International Yoga Day. Conducted virtually, the session saw enthusiastic participation from all staff members and students.
The program began with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), a fundamental yogic sequence comprising multiple postures. As depicted in the accompanying photo, the participants are shown standing attentively with hands joined above their heads, performing the initial step of the sequence. This posture is known to enhance physical well-being while fostering mental calmness.
Children and adults alike engaged in the asanas with sincere dedication, cultivating a positive and disciplined atmosphere. With the expert guidance of the Isha Foundation, the session was conducted smoothly and effectively.
