In these day’s resource room session, our diploma trainees led a dynamic and engaging class with our students. The trainees began by welcoming everyone warmly, creating a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. They then posed a crucial question to the students: “What would you like to read today?” This open-ended question sparked excitement and curiosity among the students.

The trainees carefully listened to each student’s preferences, noting their interests in various subjects such as adventure stories, science fiction, historical events, and even poetry. This approach not only empowered the students by giving them a voice in their learning process but also allowed the trainees to tailor the session to meet diverse interests and needs.

As the class progressed, the trainees encouraged discussion and critical thinking, fostering a love for reading and learning. By the end of the session, students felt valued and motivated, looking forward to more personalized and interactive learning experiences in the future.
