We are thrilled to share the success of the celebration of World Down Syndrome Day 2024 under the “Think College” project. The celebration consisted of cultural dance and painting activities. The event was a heartfelt tribute to individuals with Down Syndrome, highlighting their unique abilities and talents. Our cultural event showcased theatrical performances, featuring both individuals with Down Syndrome and talented performers from our community. It was a beautiful celebration of diversity and inclusivity bringing people together in journey harmony. 

The painting competition was a testament to the creativity and artistic flair of participants of all ages. Artists were encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings on inclusion and acceptance through their artwork. The results were truly inspiring, with each painting telling a powerful story of unity and Understanding.

We were overwhelmed by the support and participation from the community, including families and schools. Their enthusiasm and dedication helped make this event a resounding success.

Through our event, we aimed to raise awareness about Down Syndrome and promote a more inclusive society. By celebrating the talents and achievements of individuals with Down Syndrome. We hope to challenge stereotypes and foster a culture of acceptance and understanding.
