A fruitful visit to Satyawati College

The Think College project of Manovikas charitable society is aimed at making Higher Education accessible for all the students including PIDD’s and providing a holistic college life to PIDD’s in an inclusive setup. Awareness is essential as if there is no awareness there can be no students with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in colleges and universities, therefore we are visiting different colleges and universities throughout Delhi to organize awareness camps and make our goal a reality.

Visit to Satyawati college in the month of August was successful as we visited both evening and morning wings of the college. The response from both the wings was very supportive and this added another feather in our cap by providing us an opportunity to make many more students of our country aware and sensitized. We will be conducting an awareness camp in the premises of Esteemed Satyawati college (university of Delhi) in the month of September 2024.

We are looking forward to visiting many more institutions in upcoming months and fulfill our motive of providing an inclusive college life to all the students without any kind of exclusion on the basis of their disabilities.
