Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Computer Teacher to teach students from 1st to 10th grade. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, the ability to teach fundamental and advanced computer concepts, and the patience to work in an inclusive environment catering to students of varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging computer lessons for students from 1st to 10th grade.
• Teach foundational skills like typing, basic coding, MS Office, and internet usage.
• Introduce advanced topics like graphic design, programming, and digital literacy for higher classes.
• Use interactive tools and technology to make learning exciting and compelling.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of all students, including those with disabilities.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology into various subjects.
• Assess and track students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in using technology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an inclusive setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, MS Office Suite, and digital tools.
• Other Skills: Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
• Preferred: Certification in education (B.Ed. or equivalent) and experience working with children with disabilities.
