From Creation to Confidence: Empowering Through Craft
At the LoveArts Training Lab, our Persons with Intellectual Disabilities are currently undergoing creative training in Bandhanwars design-making. The aim of this training is to transform skills into self-empowerment. Under the guidance of our trainers, our students are learning to create a variety of decorative items such as beaded garlands, Bandhanwars, hangings and other handicrafts. These activities are not just about art — they are steps toward building confidence, discipline, and self-reliance. The significance of this training includes: Development of fine motor skills in students, Enhancement of focus and patience, Promotion of creative expression, Laying the foundation for self-employment in the future
During this training students have improved in finger grip and coordination, boosted imagination and creative thinking & fostered discipline and self control.
LoveArts Training Lab is not just a training center, but a space where every student’s disability is turned into strength. Here, they are not only taught skills, but also shown the path to self-respect and independence.
The dream of LoveArts is based on the belief that every child is special, and with the right guidance, love, and opportunities, even the impossible can become possible.
