“Inclusive Education: An Awareness camp for PIDDs at Satyawati College, Delhi”

An Impactful Inclusion Workshop for PIDDs Conducted at Satyawati College, Delhi on October 7, 2024

It is with great pleasure that we share the tremendous success of our recent awareness camp at Satyawati College. Our primary objectives were not only met but exceeded, as we strived to raise awareness about Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, sensitize college students towards inclusivity, promote inclusive education in India, and empower Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to actively participate in the Higher Education system. The camp was a showcase of achievement, highlighted by:

– Participation of 50-60 enthusiastic students
– An engaging and interactive presentation that encouraged active involvement
– Outreach to students from various colleges attending the EOC event.

We are overjoyed to announce that our awareness camp at Satyawati College was a momentous triumph! The dynamic and interactive nature of our team’s presentation sparked enthusiasm among the students, reaching out to a wider audience. With this accomplishment, we are determined to continue organizing camps like these, taking us closer to our mission of fostering inclusivity and providing equal opportunities for PIDDs in Higher Education.
