Vedic Dance and Music Therapy (VDMT) programme are run under the International Certification of Dance Studies from International Dance Council CID (The United Nations of Dance), UNESCO at Manovikas.
Manovikas Charitable Society is a Member of The International Dance Council CID, an official partner of UNESCO, validates teaching by offering the International Certification of Dance Studies.
- The Objectives National Workshop on Vedic Dance and Music Therapy (VDMT)
- To differentiate basic therapeutic use of Vedic Dance and Music Therapy (VDMT) in the relief or healing of spiritual, environmental, and physical pains.
- To customize the Vedic naad, music and chantings for enhancing the quality of life and treatment intended to relieve pain especially in case of IDD.
- To transform through elements of Vedic movement, expressions and mudras.
Eligibility:
Open Category:Any person is interested in Dance and Music. Having some basic knowledge of Indian Arts and Culture. or
Professional Category:RCI registered Special Educators, Therapist, Rehabilitation Social Workers, Rehabilitation Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapist, Counsellor etc. who is seeking CRE points. or
Special Category:Senior Teachers, Volunteers, Parent/Sibling of the child with a disability or Person with Disability
Fees:
Rs.2500/- (After July 10, 2021, to 23 July)
Rs.1500/- (Till July 9, 2021)

CRE status:
This National Workshop on Vedic Dance and Music Therapy (VDMT) has CRE status approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India, a Statutory Body of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Govt. of India.

CRE Points :
18 points can be earned by RCI registered professionals/personnel for participating in this National Workshop.
Certification
Certificate of participation shall be given to the participants on the compilation of all sections of activity of the Workshop and based on the evaluation.
